Soundtrap I – Daniel Figgis DOPPLER

Interview and introduction to Daniel Figgis' DOPPLER, an acoustic re-imagining of the architecture of Beaconsfield, London's most innovative project space for contemporary art. The first in a new series of sonic commissions Soundtrap the DOPPLER sound installation is derived directly from a series of ambient sound recordings made within the three discrete galleries. The sound installation will disintegrate over the last 24 hours of the show. Part of London Architecture Week, DOPPLER will be open to the public 12-6pm daily from June 21 - June 25, 2006.
